LEVEL UP WITH THE BACKEND TEAM.

  • Get your hands on bleeding edge cloud infrastructure (GCP).
  • Visit top tech conferences, such as Google NEXT, Qcon and Devoxx.
  • Take part in regular knowledge sharing through internal tech meetups.
  • Use Unit Tests, code reviews, and continuous integration to be a well-grounded developer.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop backend game features and configurations.
  • Design and develop internal dashboards and tools.
  • Cooperate closely with other departments in the company.
  • Constantly learn about and try new technologies.

Required skills
  • Good programming skills and knowledge of Java (or Kotlin).
  • Eager to explore new technologies and improve on the status quo.
  • Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment with short life-cycles.
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.

Required experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) and/or relevant programming experience.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, etc.) or Angular is a plus.
  • Experience with good software engineering practices (e.g. code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration, etc.) is a bonus.
