Apply nowYou’ve never been just a player. For you, part of the experience of games has always been figuring them out and trying to answer that elusive question - what makes it fun? As a kid, imagining and sketching your own original characters, levels, worlds, and experiences was just a natural part of gaming to you. So, as an adult, level design doesn’t even feel like a job. That said, we have a challenge for you. We already have great games, but we’re looking for someone to make them even greater. Ordinary players need not apply.

Responsibilities- Work on innovative gameplay solutions.
- Use a level editor to design and implement 3D level layouts featuring great flow, composition, and progression.
- Balance game features and tweak them using expertise, analytics data, and testing observations.
- Create and build level mechanics that feel great to play.
- Specify the level editor tools required for optimized workflow.
- Work on Game Design documents.
- Work closely with the Product team to keep the game’s vision aligned.
- Communicate effectively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure game design goals are achieved.
- Keep up to date with current mobile market trends and game design strategies.

Required skills- Deep understanding of game design fundamentals and game production.
- Ability to tailor the game experience to the target audience.
- Strong spatial awareness and gameplay visualization skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate a game's strengths and weaknesses, and clearly detail its core and metagame loops, both verbally and in writing.
- Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
- Creative mindset, with logical and analytical capabilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Agility with regards to iterative processes.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
