Responsibilities- Ensure the high product quality and business success of our games.
- Own the product vision and strategy of the game and be able to communicate it clearly to the team and stakeholders.
- Maintain the team’s high level product roadmap.
- Work efficiently with the GD, UX, Analytics, Marketing, Dev, and Art teams on a daily basis, working towards delivery, as well as feature definitions and refinements.
- Constantly monitor product metrics and provide the team with ideas and solutions for improving the product or a particular feature.
- Ensure that product definitions are completed in a timely manner and are clearly understandable for the team.
- Maintain and prioritize the product and sprint feature backlogs.
- Drive the overall quality of our games, working with the Producer and Lead Game Designer.
- Set an example with regards to the continuation of our high-performance culture.

Required skills- Understanding of the game development processes.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively both internally with colleagues and externally with the company’s business contacts and partners.
- Passion for mobile games.
- Excellent understanding of players’ needs.
- Ability to create wireframes (UI/UX) and mockups.
- Ability to prepare product specifications and work on product requirements.
- Ability to plan, perform, and analyze usability tests.
- Knowledge of different monetization models.
- Strong data analysis skills.

Required experience- Experience in launching mobile games in a Product Manager role.
- 2+ years of experience working in production.
- Knowledge of Freemium/free-to-play (F2P) games.
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
