Responsibilities- Partner with HR and experts from different fields to build well-defined recruitment strategies that support the needs of the company’s long term organizational objectives.
- Develop, implement, and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow and creating a rich talent pool to support all current and future hiring needs, as well as providing expertise and support to the hiring process.
- Source technical and creative talent (i.e. engineering, art, UX, game design) with a heavy focus on senior level roles both locally and internationally.
- Own all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, outreach communication, and interview planning.
- Screen CVs and qualify suitable candidates through interviews and assessments to proactively create a shortlist.
- Search for, establish, and manage strong relationships with top performing "recruitment" agencies in Slovenia and further afield.
- Promote Outfit7 and network at local industry events, and university and recruiting events, among others.
- Become our brand ambassador and create unique, fun, and memorable candidate experiences.

- Excellent talent assessing and sourcing abilities and a great understanding of various assessment techniques.
- First-rate understanding of data and the ability to use it to drive decisions.
- Creative approach to problem solving.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).

Required experience- 1+ years of experience in a recruitment function, preferably for technical and/or creative roles at all levels.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Well-established in the talent acquisition industry, with a strong network of contacts and an enthusiasm for attending and networking at industry events.
