In this role you will
- Drive operational improvements in processes and methodology, particularly with regards to advertising campaigns.
- Advise on the set-ups of various tests for the User Acquisition team.
- Analyze various tests.
- Optimize data processing workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
- Drive operational improvements within analytical processes and methodology, as well as campaign improvements.
- Collaborate and work efficiently with the User Acquisition team.
- Contribute to discussions, providing an analytical angle, and make suggestions regarding improving campaign performance.
What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data instrumentation and data collection, as well as in the use of tools for analyzing data (e.g. R, Python).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in reporting and explaining complex results to people from different professional backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
- Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
Your experience
- Good working knowledge of the global social media channels, advertising tools & analytics tools.
- A passion for games and gaming culture.
- Experience in either Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with data-oriented tools, such as SQL and Excel.
- Experience with Tableau (or other data visualization tools) is a plus.
