In this role you will
岗位职责
- Manage official social media accounts, including roadmap development for various platforms, content planning and scheduling, posting updates, and daily account operation.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of social media performance to continuously optimize content and approaches, improving content effectiveness and distribution efficiency.
- Plan and execute content-driven campaigns including, but not limited to, UGC events and KOL/KOC collaborations etc., to develop a healthy content ecosystem for the IP.
- Plan and execute campaigns based on products, user insights, and market objectives.
- 负责官方社交媒体账号的管理与运营,包括各平台阵地的策略制定、多个账号的内容设计与排期规划、发布文案撰写、官号日常运营等,提升IP及游戏的社媒热度;
- 定期进行账号运营数据的复盘与分析,持续优化内容与运营策略,提升内容表现及传播效率;
- 持续关注各社媒平台热点内容与用户产出,策划和落地内容传播活动,包括但不限于用户征集、KOL/KOC合作等,构建良好的IP内容生态;
- 熟悉国内游戏市场的用户习惯与内容营销推广方式,能够基于产品特性、用户洞察和目标市场规划传播事件、参与落地执行。
What we’re looking for
要求技能
- Good knowledge of managing and operating social media accounts on Chinese platforms.
- Good knowledge of major social media platforms in China (e.g. TikTok, Rednote, Kwai etc.), as well as their trends and user preferences.
- Good copywriting and creative content skills.
- Good knowledge of user behavior and content marketing strategies.
- Strong team collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Self-motivated working style, with a can-do attitude.
- Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- 熟悉国内游戏的官号社媒运营;
- 熟悉国内主流社媒平台(如抖音、小红书、快手等),对各内容平台的用户偏好、热点趋势有一定理解;
- 具备出色的文案写作能力、创意内容能力,以及图文/视频内容制作经验者优先;
- 有较强的团队协作能力、沟通能力、问题解决能力及执行力;
- 工作主动,积极乐观;
- 英语流利(书面和口语),可作为工作语言。
Your experience
经验
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content promotion in the games industry; experience with casual games or IP-driven games is preferred.
- Proven success in managing official social media accounts or personal influencer/media channels is preferred.
- Experience in producing PGC/UGC content is a plus.
- Experience working with image or video content is preferred.
- Passion for gaming, and an understanding of games and gaming culture.
- 本科及以上学历,1~3年游戏行业社媒传播/内容营销经验,有休闲品类或内容IP向游戏优先;
- 有成功的官方账号社媒运营经历或个人自媒体经历者优先;
- 有PGC/UGC相关内容制作经验者优先;
- 对游戏充满激情,对各种游戏和游戏文化有了解。
