In this role you will
- Manage the end-to-end game design process for Talking Tom and Friends IP prototypes—from concept to live ops.
- Collaborate with product, art, and engineering leads to implement gameplay mechanics, monetization systems, and player progression.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on core gameplay mechanics and features.
- Implement creative vision and maintain design quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analyze gameplay data, player feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions.
- Champion fun, intuitive, accessible gameplay tailored to mobile platforms.
- Present clear documentation and pitches to internal stakeholders and team members.

Your experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in game design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record shipping mobile titles, ideally in the midcore, casual, and/or hybrid casual space.
- Experience designing and tuning core loops, economies, and retention mechanics.
- Hands-on experience with Unity or other game engines.
- Familiarity with live ops, A/B testing, and working with game analytics.
- Bonus: Experience working on multiple prototypes or within a new IP incubation team.
- Bonus: Background in UX, product design, and/or economy design.
